~Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe~

Preheat oven to 350 Bake 10-12 minutes Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies Cream together: 1 cup margarine 2 eggs 3 cups sugar Add: 2 tsp vanilla 1 can (1 pie) pumpkin Stir together: 5 cups flour 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt Add dry ingredients slowly to creamed mixture Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips (and nuts if you like) Drop by tsp onto greased cookie sheet
